RezDirect.com does not charge your credit card. The hotel only handles deposit payment - when this is required - according to its reservation - cancellation / non-show policies.

Each hotel has its own policy that varies from accommodation to accommodation. By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the reservation, cancellation and non-show policy of the hotel. You have to make sure you read and understand the policies before making a reservation.

Cancellation, date and/or room changes can only be done directly with the hotel.

The booking service is based on the information provided by the hotels. The hotels remain responsible for the correctness of the information shown on RezDirect.com.

By making a reservation and soon after your departure, you will receive an email to invite you complete a hotel review. It is not compulsory to review, but doing so will help other travellers. Your review -without your personal details, except your country- will be posted on hotel's profile.
